" I have been often asked to tell the difference between SATS and our competition. So
I will keep it short here.
Others say that they are a leaders in RDBA Service - wrong! SATS invented RDBA Service in 1994 and been serving our clients since than. We even trained other RDBA Service providers to do this service. Other say that they are leaders, while they build the service on the use of a third party monitoring products designed for different environments and purposes and later adopted to RDBA needs. Opposite to that, SATS has created so far the Best and at the time the Only technology for just the RDBA Service in 1996. (Cerberus monitoring system). Over the years, we have evolved the technology into separate software product, while constantly enhancing its core functionality. Cerberus is build by DBAs and for RDBA service. Others may still pretend that they are leaders while SATS beats the competition on the quality and prices. Remember, we own our monitoring technology software. Everybody speaks highly about their staff members. I just add that because of cost savings due to Cerberus we can afford to hire the best talent in the most expensive area of US. So I will leave it at that. To summarize - SATS can always deliver the Better quality and Cheaper service because we use our technology which allows us to save cost. It is manual labor against machine-based. And of course because we know what we do, so we don't spent time re-inventing the solution - we apply the similar solution out of the experience.
